Transcript of Third Presidential Debate: "What a Nasty Woman" Trump Whispers about Clinton

Candidates debate Abortion, Second Amendment, Supreme Court, Social Security, Taxes, Entitlements, for final time.

The two took podiums, and the first topic was the Supreme Court.

Wallace: Is the Constitution a living document, Mrs. Clinton?

Clinton: The Supreme Court raises the central question, which is what kind of country are we going to be? We need a Sup Court that will stand up for women's rights, take down Citizens United, up with LGBTQ rights. I have major disagreements with my opponent. But it is important not to reverse LGBTQ, that we stand up for workers rights, the S Ct should stand for all of us. And stand up to the powerful.

I would hope that the Senate would confirm (Merrick Garland).

TRUMP: We need a Supreme Court which will uphold 2nd amendment rights. I would name justices that are pro life, have a conservative bent, are great scholars, and will interpret the constitution the way the founders wanted it interpreted. I don't think we should have justices that reinterpret it.

Wallace: What's wrong with the Heller case?

Clinton: I understand and respect the tradition of gun ownership. But there can be and must be reasonable regulation. It doesn't mean that i think people who have guns should be able to threaten you. I disagree with the way the Court applied the 2nd amendment in that case. DC was trying to protect toddlers from guns, they wanted people to safely store those guns.

Wallace: How will you ensure the 2nd Amendment be protected?

TRUMP: DC v. Heller decision, she was very angry about it that it was upheld. Hillary was very angry about it. They were upset with what the Supreme Court had to say.

Clinton: Yes, I was, because dozens of toddlers injure themselves with guns. But there's no doubt that I respect the 2nd amendment, that is not in conflict with commonsense laws.

I understand the Gun lobby is running ads against me and for Donald. But I believe we should respect some limits.

Wallace: Why do you support a right to carry law, Mr. Trump?

TRUMP: Because in DC they have strong laws against guns, and there is the worst gun violence in the entire country. We will appoint justices who will not damage the second amendment.

Wallace: Do you want to see the Court overturn Roe v. Wade?

TRUMP: If they overturned it, it'll go back to the States. That'll happen automatically in my opinion, because I would appoint pro life justices.

Clinton: I support women's right to make their own difficult, personal decisions about their own bodies. Planned Parenthood provides screening and many other benefits for women. I will defend Roe v. Wade, PP, and women's right to choose.

He said women should be punished. I could just not be more opposed to that way of thinking.

Wallace: You have been quoted as saying no limits on abortion. Why?

Clinton: There can be restrictions on Abortion as long as the life and the health of the mother are taken into account. I have met with women who get the worst news one could get, that their health is in danger if they continue with a late term pregnancy. I don't think the government should regulate, unless the life and the health of the mother is taken into account.

TRUMP: You can say you can rip a baby out of a womb, but that is not ok with me. Even though it's ok with her.

Clinton: Well, that is not what happens in these cases. Unfortunate scare rhetoric. This is one of the worst choices any women or her family should have to make. I have travelled to countries that fore women to have abortions or to bear children and I can tell you the government has no right to be involved in these decisions

TRUMP: No one has business doing that as late as 2 days before birth.

Wallace: Immigration separates you 2. Why are you right and Mrs. Clinton is wrong:

TRUMP: In the audience tonight we have 4 mothers of people who were killed by people who came into the country illegally. Hillary wants to have no borders. ICE endorsed me, first time they have ever endorsed a candidate. They want strong borders. Many of the problems caused by HRC, such as heroin which pours across our borders (were cause by Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama)

Right now we're getting the drugs and they're getting the cash. I want to build a wall. One of my first acts will be to get all of the drug lords out. We[re going to get, we have some bad hombres here, and we're going to get them out

HRC: I met a young woman who was born in this country, even though her parents were here illegally. I don't want to see a deportation force in action in our country. They have 15 million illegal alien children. He said every person would be subject to deportation. He wants law enforcement going door to door to find illegal people, then put them on trains and busses. I think this is something that would rip our country apart.

I voted for border security in the Senate. But I want to put our resources where they are actually needed.

Donald Trump's wall: He went to Mexico and didn't even mention the wall he wants Mexico to pay for. I want comprehensive immigration reform and a path to citizenship.

TRUMP: The trade deal made by her husband is one of our worst trade deals ever. She never gets anything done, but HC wanted the wall.

Clinton: I voted for border security. And the wall

He used undocumented workers to build the Trump tower. I want to keep employers like him, from exploiting then deporting illegal aliens it's not good for them, and it's not good for our country.

TRUMP: We have millions of citizens waiting to become citizens. You will have a disaster on trade, and you will have a disaster with your open borders.

Clinton: We will not have open borders. We will have secure borders and we will have immigration reform.

TRUMP: But you told Brazilian bankers we know from Wikileaks, that you want open borders.

Clinton: I meant open borders for energy. What’s important about Wikileaks is the Russian government is engaging in espionage against the US Government. This has come from the highest levels of the Russian government, from Putin himself, in an attempt to influence our election

The most important question is will DT condemn the Russians and make it clear that he will not have the help of Putin in this election, that he rejects the help of the Russian government

TRUMP: That was a great pivot off the fact that she wants open borders.

She wants open borders. People are going to pour into our country, she wants people to come in from Syria.

We are going to stop radical Islamic terrorism in this country

I don't know Putin. If Russia and the US GOT along well and went after ISIS together, that would be good. He (Putin) has no respect for her, he has no respect for President Obama.

Clinton: That's because he'd rather have a puppet as president

TRUMP: You're the puppet

Clinton: Its clear that you’re willing to spout the Putin line, and it's clear you continue to get help from him. This is unprecedented -- that a candidate for president gets help from the Russian government. These attacks are designed to influence our election. 17 intelligence agencies have concluded that these attacks come from the highest levels of the Russian government.

TRUMP: That's because Putin has outsmarted you in every way.

Wallace: Do you condemn Putin's interference in our election

TRUMP: Of course I do. I don't know Putin. But he has outsmarted her in every way. We've spent millions of dollars and they have taken over the Middle East.

HRC:I find it ironic he has raised nuclear weapons, eh has said Japan, Saudi Arabia should have them. Here's the bottom lien on nuclear weapons: When the president gives the order, it has to be followed, there is about 4.5 minutes

I have 14 generals endorsing me. We are being ripped off by Saudi Arabia, Japan, Germany. Our country cannot afford to continue to defend them. She has lied so many times. She's lying about this

HRC: He has said it. The United States has kept the peace through our alliances.

The economy: Why will your plan create more jobs for our country and more growth

HRC: My plan is to create the biggest jobs program since WWII. New jobs in clean energy, not only to fight climate change, but to create new businesses. I want us to help small businesses, I want to raise the minimum wage.

I feel strongly that we should have an education system that starts in pre-school and goes through College. I worked hard on a plan for free college tuition with Bernie Sanders. Most of the money has gone to the very top. We are going to work hard to create 10 million new jobs.

Donald's plan is to cut taxes, this might lose 3.5 millions jobs and cause the kind of economic dislocation we've had before. It is trickle down economics on steroids

TRUMP: Her plan will raise taxes and double your taxes. She can say what she wants about college tuition. We will have a massive tax increase under her plan

We protect Saudi Arabia. Why aren't they paying? We question NATO why aren't they paying? I'm a big fan of NATO, but they have to pay up.

We have to tell Japan and Germany in a very nice way, you have to help us out. During Obama's regime, we've doubled our debt to $20 trillion. Our jobs are being sucked out of our economy by NAFT, which her husband signed. You go to PA, to Upstate NY, our jobs are being sucked out. Were going to make a great trade deal or go a separate way. We're going to cut taxes, bring money back into our country, because right now our country is dying at 1% GDP

Clinton: Let me translate that, he's going to advocate for the biggest tax cuts we're ever seen. I will not raise taxes, I will not add a penny to the debt. He will add $20 trillion to the debt

Under my husband, we cut deficits to a surplus.

Pres. Obama has cut the deficit by 2/3rds. That's the kind of approach that will work.

Wallace: In many ways your plan is similar to Mr. Obama's plan. You told me the problem is Mr. Obama didn't get to do enough.

HRC: Well, it's a combination, Chris. When you inherit the kind of economic dislocation that Mr. Obama did, ... I personally believe the very hard positions he took saved the economy. He doesn't get enough credit for it. I suggest we invest from the middle out, not from the top down. It is the kind of approach that allows people to take the new jobs and get the whole economy moving

Wallace:

TRUMP: India and China are growing at 1%, we're growing at 8%. Last week they came out with an anemic jobs report, the worst ever. Our country is stagnant, we're not making anything, we have products pouring in from China, I've developed so many friends over the last year, I pass factories that were thriving 25 years ago, and it is just horrible what is happening to these people in these communities.

That is one of the worst deals ever signed by our country. She wants to sign the TPP, she really did call it the gold standard.

HRC: I've always been against the TPP in its final form, once I saw it. Donald is the only one on this stage who has bought Chinese steel and shipped US jobs overseas. The Trump hotel in Las Vegas has Chinese steel. Were going to save American jobs by buying American products.

TRUMP: Why didn't you do it over the last 30 years? You do have more experience than me. You talk but you don't get anything done. When you ran the State Dept, 6 billion dollars was missing. Where did it go? If you become president, the US is going to be in some kind of trouble, believe me.

HRC; Fitness to be president:

Wallace: Why would 12 women all come forward and make up stories?

TRUMP: I don't know those women, I think it was her campaign. They hired people to disrupt our campaign in particular in Chicago. I believe Chris that she got these people to come forward it was all lies and fiction.

HRC: At the last debate, we heard Donald talking about what he did to women. Now what was his response: He held rallies where he said he could not possibly have done those things to those women because they were not attractive enough. He attacked a woman reporter writing a story, called her disgusting. Donald thinks belittling women makes him bigger. I don't think there is a woman anywhere who doesn't know what that feels like. I think it's up to all of us to demonstrate who we are and who our country is, how we don't want to have pitting of people against each other. And we make our country even better, celebrate diversity. America is great and America is good I believe.

TRUMP: I want to talk about something a little different. She deleted 31,000 e mails after getting a subpoena from the FBI. We have a general who will probably go to jail for lying to the FBI, he's going to go to jail for 5 years. She lied to the FBI, and she's going to be president of the United States?

HRC: Every time Donald gets pushed on something like this, we know what he's done to women. But he's also mocked a disabled reporter, he went after Mr. Khan, he went after John McCain and said he prefers people who weren't captured. He went after a Mexican judge. This is a pattern of divisiveness from a very dark vision of our country. That is not who America is, and I hope as we move in the last few weeks of this campaign, people understand what is at stake here.

TRUMP The other things are false, but I would rather talk about getting rid of ISIS.

Wallace: Clinton Foundation, why isn't it pay to play?

HRC: Everything I did as SOS was in furtherance of our country. I am proud of the Clinton foundation, which made it possible for 11M people with aids to get treatment in partnership with the AMA. We have made environments in school....

TRUMP: It's a criminal enterprise, Qatar and all of these countries giving money, these are people that kill gays and women and treat them horribly and yet you take their money. Why don't you give back the money? I think it would be a great gesture.

I was in Little Haiti yesterday, and those people hate the Clintons because of what happened at the CF.

HRC: We have the highest ratings from the people who rate such agencies. When it comes to Haiti, it is the poorest country in our hemisphere. The CF raised $30M to help Haiti after the earthquake, we've done thinks to help small businesses there,

TRUMP: I get nothing from the Trump foundation

Wallace: Didn't you get money intended to for charity, Mr. T?

HRC: He is the first candidate who won't release his tax returns, so we don't know if any of this is true. We have illegal immigrants in this country who pay taxes. If they do, they pay more than a billionaire, MR. Trump pays.

TRUMP: You should've changed the law, I sat there in a hotel down the road

HRC: Built with Chinese steel

Trump I sat there, and you could've but didn't change the law.

Wallace: Do you commit yourself to accept the result of this election?

TRUMP: I will look at it at the time. I'm not going to make that commitment now. The media has poisoned the mind of the voters. The NYT wrote an article about it. They have piled on. Millions of people have registered to vote, that shouldn't be registered to vote. I'll tell you one other thing. She shouldn't be allowed to run. She's guilty of a very serious crime. She should never have been allowed to run based on what she did with E mails and so many other things. And in that sense it's rigged.

Wallace: But sir there's a tradition in this country of the loser conceding to the winner. And the country comes together.

TRUMP: I'll tell you at the time.

HRC: He claimed the primaries were rigged against him. There was even a time that he didn't get eth Emmy's, and he tweeted that the Emmys were rigged

TRUMP: I should've gotten one

HRC: We accept the results, when you're whining before the game is finished, it shows you are not up to doing the job.

He's denigrating and talking down our democracy. And I'm appalled that some one who is the nominee of one of our major parties would take that position

TRUMP: I'm appalled that the AG met with her husband on the tarmac. That's never been done before.

JustSaying writes:

I think Trump won hands down because Hillary supports abortion then claims she supports women but she takes millions from countries where women are treated lower than the sole of a shoe.
