1447 Lincoln Blvd Building Electrical Power Restored, Business Reopen

Jersey Mike's, a Starbucks, Fresh Brothers Pizza and Chase Bank have now reopened

The 1447 Lincoln Blvd Building is now reopened for business.

Businesses downstairs, including Jersey Mike's, a Starbucks, Fresh Brothers Pizza and Chase Bank have now reopened. Tenants have been allowed to reoccupy to the apartment units upstairs in the 5 story building.

97 residential units were evacuated, and 6 business shut down on April 23, 2017 after a fire in the building's underground electrical vault in April. The vault is in the garage. The buildings owners are blaming Southern California Edison, while SCE naturally blames the contractors. The matter will no doubt end up in court.

The landlord ("Lincoln Company, General Contractor on the project NMS properties says) has reimbursed building tenants $1295 a week to find housing in local hotels.
