    Washington (dpa) - The United States and Mexico reached a deal Friday on migration that avoids tariffs that would have been imposed on all Mexican goods starting Monday.     Washington (dpa) - The United States approved the deployment of 1,500 military personnel to the Middle East on Friday, in a move meant to counter Iran as tensions continued to escalate between the two countries.
