    A Santa Monica area transient has been charged with the kidnapping and rape of four women between January of this year and July 2. Pablo Carlos Pineda, 32, though homeless, resides in the bay community of Santa Monica.     The Super 8 Motel, a large hotel near the 215 and 10 freeway interchange was heavily damaged by a brush fire that crossed the road and involved two buildings belonging to the Super 8 late Thursday night.
