An Evening with Michael Connelly at SM Public Library

Santa Monica Public Library is pleased to present An Evening with Michael Connelly on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the Main Library's Martin Luther King, Jr. Auditorium, 601 Santa Monica Blvd.

Twenty-two years ago, Michael Connelly released his debut novel, Black Echo, featuring hard-luck LAPD homicide detective Harry Bosch, and legends were born. Connelly has gone on to blockbuster bestseller success, and Bosch keeps motoring along, most notably on a currently-filming television series Bosch which is set to premiere on Amazon in 2015. On November 4, 2014, Santa Monica Public Library welcomes Michael Connelly for a release date discussion and celebration of The Burning Room, the 19th novel in his Harry Bosch series and Connelly's 27th book overall. A book sale and signing follows.

This special author event is open to all ages and is ticketed. Tickets are free, and will be distributed beginning one hour prior to the program in the lobby outside the Martin Luther King, Jr. Auditorium. One ticket per person. Guests must be present to receive a ticket. Seating inside the auditorium is first come, first served.

Santa Monica Public Library is wheelchair accessible. For special disabled services, call Library Administration at (310) 458-8606 at least one week prior to event. The Main Library is served by Big Blue Bus routes 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9 and 10. Ride your bike. Bicycle parking racks are available at the library.
