Cat Fight Between Kim Kardashian and Taylor Swift

Really, could it get any better than this? Or much worse?

As Taylor Swift settles into a new relationship with boyfriend Tom Huddleston, Kanye West released a new song referring to Taylor as "that bitch". And dutiful West wife Kim Kardashian insists Swift approved the lyrics!

Famously, Kanye West grabbed the mike from Taylor at the MTV music awards in 2008, when Taylor was about to receive an award as the Female vocalist of the year. He asked the audience to recognize Beyonce, at that moment. A newly elected Pres. Barack Obama two days later called Kanye "a nappy headed fool,' and told him to apologize, which he did. New York (CNN)Taylor Swift is firing back at Kim Kardashian. The Grammy-winner has taken issue with Kim's interview in the July issue of "GQ," wherein she claims that Swift knew all along that Kanye West would be calling her "that b**ch" in his song "Famous."

Kardashian claims that Swift "approved" the song and was pretending to be offended when it came out in February. "She totally approved that," Kardashian said in the article. "She totally knew that that was coming out. She wanted to all of a sudden act like she didn't."

Swift's publicist released a rather long statement, decrying the reality star and her marriage to West. No doubt, it's been building for 8 years. Will the President have to intervene again this time?

"Taylor does not hold anything against Kim Kardashian, as she recognizes the pressure Kim must be under and that she is only repeating what she has been told by Kanye West," The statement reads. "However, that does not change the fact that much of what Kim is saying is incorrect. Kanye West and Taylor only spoke once on the phone while she was on vacation with her family in January of 2016 and they have never spoken since. Taylor has never denied that conversation took place."

The statement goes on to say, "It was on that phone call that Kanye West also asked her to release the song on her Twitter account, which she declined to do. Kanye West never told Taylor he was going to use the term 'that b**ch' in referencing her. A song cannot be approved if it was never heard. Kanye West never played the song for Taylor Swift. Taylor heard it for the first time when everyone else did and was humiliated. Kim Kardashian's claim that Taylor and her team were aware [of the lyrics] is not true, and Taylor cannot understand why Kanye West, and now Kim Kardashian, will not just leave her alone."

Swift has always denied knowing anything ahead of time about West's song, which is of off his "Life of Pablo" album and released an initial statement when the song was released. Shortly after, West hosted "SNL" and was recorded backstage calling Swift a "fake a**."

I guess Taylor Swift is tired of being the one who always has to shake it off, but the haters gonna hate, hate, hate. So as usual, she'll have to be the mature one in this eternal triad.
