A 17 year old girl has turned herself into the the Los Angeles Police Department's Olympic Division, for the stabbing murder of a young pregnant mother last month.

22 year old Jasmine Preciado was on a date with her boyfriend at 9:30 pm on Nov. 21, 2016 in Venice, near Pacific and Windward. This is a very busy intersection, full of pedestrians, and lined with the historic buildings built by Abbott Kinney 100 years ago. It's also near the famous VENICE sign.

2 men and the teenager exited an SUV and engaged Preciado in an argument, security video shows. Someone stabbed her and departed the scene in a vehicle with two women. The mother of 3 year old girl was taken to UCLA Hospital, where she died.

Family members identified the woman as Jasmine Preciado, who they said was three months pregnant and a mother to a three-year-old daughter.

In video obtained by KCBS, a group of people is gathered near the vehicle when one of them begins to walk away.

Someone in the group is seen moving toward that person and grabbing them from behind. At almost the same time, the other two people rush toward the pair. What happens from there is out of the view of the camera but a moment later, someone in a light shirt runs to the front of the SUV with a shiny, long object in their hand.

The group ultimately left the area. The vehicle was found about a mile away from the scene. The two men seen in the video are still wanted by police.
