Move over Cantors and Factors Deli! There is a new Deli in town- The Carvery Kitchen. The only high- end Deli experience offering fresh, delicious and classic Deli items. Carvery Kitchen is a brand new concept restaurant – they are the Ultimate Deli restaurant. Forget what you think you know about deli restaurants. Carvery Kitchen is redefining the concept from scratch – literally. Couple of months ago, Carvery Kitchen was seen on the NBC's Today in LA morning news, as the restaurant was one of the first restaurants in LA to turn it location into a mini market with pantry main items.

The produce is always local, farmer's market fresh and organic whenever possible. The bread is freshly baked daily, but the real rub is in the meat that we serve. Their Chef developed has a revolutionary slow roasting technique resulting in the tenderest, juiciest, and most delicious cuts of beef brisket, pastrami, turkey, chicken and salmon that you have ever tasted. Their beef brisket and pastrami is perfectly crafted from a "secret" combination of seasonings then roasted for 24 hours. You have to try it to really believe the taste and texture.

Carvery Kitchen has been philanthropic during COVID19 and delivered 400 complimentary meals to medical staff at Cedars-Sinai. They are also back in the spotlight with a GoFundMe to feed first responders. This GoFundMe was created to help keep operations going and ultimately support those in need whether they be on the front lines at your local hospitals, children facing hunger due to school closures, or the elderly who are unable to fend for themselves at times.

I had the privilege of trying out some of the delicious take-away from the Carvery Kitchen recently. I tried an array of unique dishes. The food was delivered promptly to my home and ordering was easy. The order included two salmon plate with came with 3 sides each. For the sides, I got delivered three cold dishes: Avocado Salad, Garden Spring Salad and shaved Brussels Sprout Salad. And the warm sides included Seasonal Roasted Vegetables, Red-skinned Potatoes and Mac and Cheese.

I also got two orders of Avocado Toast with arugula, chia seeds and a fried egg on top. It looked absolutely delicious and was generous in serving size. Finally I had the Carvery kitchen is famous for their Prime dippers which comes served in crusty French bread. I got the Roasted vegetable dip which was assorted grilled vegetables and jack cheese served on French bread and served with a heavenly tomato bisque soup.

It was a delightful spread. Goes down very well with some good wine if you like.

The menu is elaborate and covers all bases. If you fancy breakfast all day, the menu has dishes like Breakfast Burrito and Classic Oatmeal. For something lighter, there are options of Salads- Caesar, Greek or Classic Chop Salad. For something more filling, the Paninis, Wraps and Sandwiches include Puebla BBQ Brisket, Chicken Caprese, Power, Tuna or Spicy Turkey. Their famous prime dippers include Corned Beef brisket, Roasted Chicken, Roasted Turkey or Pulled Beef. For the little ones, the kid's menu includes Quesadilla and Turkey Breast Sandwich. Beverages and some light dessert items are also on offer to complete a perfect meal.

I had a dinner party with a couple of friends and we were all satisfied and full by the end of our dining experience. We look forward to dining in the restaurant soon.

Carvery Kitchen is owned by Diana Brigitt and Kathy Panchenko. Diana and Kathy have known each other for decades. Early on, both Dina and Kathy had a passion for the restaurant business and bringing people together through food. Years later, that passion is stronger than ever, and the pair decided to start their own restaurant called Carvery Kitchen. Built on the foundation of quality ingredients, made right by those with a passion for the art of cooking, Carvery Kitchen was born.

To ensure the health and safety of its staff and guests the restaurant has increased sanitation efforts, is operating with a minimal team, has dine-in with precautions and curbside pick-up as well. They have also implemented extra sanitation measures to assure social distancing and safety standards are being met.

The Carvery Kitchen is located on 8832 W Pico Blvd, California 90035. Please visit their website http://www.carverykitchenla.com for ordering online or over the phone.
