LA Animal Services Announces Meetings to Discuss Proposal to Re-open West Valley Animal Services Center

LA Animal Services will be hosting a series of community meetings via Zoom related to the proposed recommendation for the West Valley Animal Services Center. Meetings with staff and volunteers were already held, and meetings with New Hope Partners will be happening this week.

To ensure we receive feedback and comments from the community, we will be hosting three Community Meetings that will be open to public. Please select ONE of the meeting dates listed below that you are interested in attending:

Monday, August 10th, 10:00am - 11:00am

Tuesday, August 11th, 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Thursday, August 13th 3:30pm - 4:30pm

Once you are registered, you will receive a link to join the virtual meeting. Please note: these virtual meetings will be limited to 500 participants. If you are unable to join due to space limitations, we will provide additional future meetings to ensure individuals who want to attend may be able to participate.

The Community Meeting dates and meeting links to register will be posted on LA Animal Services' Events Page. We will also post reminders on our social media channels.
