In a press release, the operator of Pacific Park on the Santa Monica Pier, has announced that they have sold the park to an investment firm called SC Holdings. The firms website is at www.sc.holdings. The two managing partners are identified as Jason Stein and Daniel Haimovic. It is unclear what the new operators intend to do with Pacific Park.
