A swastika and racial slurs were spray-painted on seven cars in Pacific Palisades, police said.

Seven cars, all of which were parked curbside in a three-square-mile area north and south of Sunset Boulevard, were defaced between 4 a.m. and 8 a.m. Sunday morning, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Asked if the vehicles were targeted, LAPD Lt. Rudy Lopez said the taggers “had no clue what car belonged to who, based on the victims,”

“There may be references to Hispanics or blacks, and that car may have belonged to a white person, in some cases,” he said.

Although the upscale neighborhood is patrolled 24 hours a day by a private security company, and some homes are equipped with surveillance cameras, a possible suspect’s description was not available as of Sunday evening.
