Practicing certain mental and emotional techniques can actually change your brain, helping you to think more clearly, be more content, and deal with challenging situations more effectively. Training your mind can also benefit your body, including your immune system, heart health, digestion, and sleep.

Rachel Fintzy, licensed psychotherapist and workshop facilitator, will lead a discussion in how your mind and body can work together to bolster your emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
