National Dance Day brought out RIDE dance charity founders Robyn Shreiber and Italo Elgueta.

*The pair celebrated RIDE Charity Upcoming Gala.

Business executive and passionate Pro-Am ballroom dancer Robyn Shreiber and her dance instructor Italo Elgueta were seen dining at Santa Monica Italian hotspot Giorgio Baldi to celebrate National Dance Day and celebrate the much anticipated announcement of their upcoming, annual star studded gala.

The dynamic pair joined forces to create RIDE to make a difference in the world one step at a time, uniting their common love of dance and helping others.

Robyn is a respected business executive who spends her days tirelessly working at her family business, billion dollar snack company J&J Snack Food. When not in the office making deals, Robyn still finds the time to follow her passion of ballroom dance and her unstoppable instinct to help others, which she does daily without complaint and a huge infectious smile.

Robyn is a sweet-petite ball of energy and is known to be "a real firecracker" to her close friends; she also has enough positive energy to put the energizer bunny to shame! "I feel blessed in my life to be able to work hard, and to have the opportunity to help others through dance, for me the next step was literally to turn my love of dance into something more, something bigger. I wanted to make a difference, so co-creating RIDE was a natural progression for me." Said Shreiber. Her partner Italo is a respected professional dancer, choreographer with over 12 years experience.

Together the pair created a 501c3 Charity 'ROBYN & ITALO'S DANCE EVENTS (RIDE)' as a way to give back through dance. This idea was inspired by a 2015 leadership conference with a variety of worldwide leaders on Sir Richard Branson's Necker Island. ROBYN & ITALO'S DANCE EVENTS, RIDE 's mission statement is "to create one- of- a- kind dance events for difference-making charities." Their core idea is to highlight a different charity each year and shine a spotlight on it to bring attention.

Their inaugural event, DANCE FOR AFRICA in 2017 benefited the African Wildlife Foundation and supported the charity's efforts against elephant and rhino poaching.

The 2nd event DANCE FOR FREEDOM, supported and raised awareness for two Anti Human Sex Trafficking agencies in Los Angeles, CAST LA and JOURNEY OUT.

Philanthropic and always on a journey to make a change, the pair recently announced RIDE's 3rd event, DANCE TO END HUNGER benefiting NO KID HUNGRY. This will take place March 21, 2020 in downtown LA and it promises to be the most successful event yet! RIDE's third gala will feature Pro dancers as headliners such as (Karina Smirnoff/Louis Van Amstel/Anna Trebunskaya) and a full troupe of other surprise professionals from the world of ballroom dancing. Their 3rd red carpet Awards gala will be a wondrous night of dancing, dinner and an auction.
