Pop-up market at the Victorian Restaurant Sells Meat, Fish, Produce, Sanitizer, Gloves and oh yes Toilet Paper

Operation is fully approved by the City of Santa Monica in these days of social distancing

if you're looking for some interesting shopping on a sunny day down on Main Street in Santa Monica, the Victorian is the place.

Kelly Stromberg and Caitlin say that they are selling, fish, meat, gloves, hand sanitizer, disinfectant and toilet paper in front of the Victorian all day Friday and Saturday, April 24th and 25th.

How do they keep their social distance in the time of Covid-19?

"We only assist two customers at a time and people have to wear masks," said Caitlin.

Rolls of toilet paper are just $2, says Kelly. "Friday is the last day. But we may pop up again somewhere else," she adds

The Victorian is located at 2610 Main Street, Santa Monica 90405. Cash or debit cards are accepted.

According to http://www.thevictorian.com, "Located in beautiful Santa Monica, The Victorian is one of the only full-service event venues on the West Side for weddings, banquets, conferences, company picnics, bar/bat mitzvahs, and special celebrations."

"Originally built near the Hotel Miramar in 1892 as the residence of one of the neighborhood’s founding families, the two-story building was moved to its current location in 1973. Heritage Square is a prime pocket of nostalgic architecture, with the California Heritage Museum and its sprawling lawn on one side and The Victorian on the other. Completely renovated, The Victorian has had its main rooms enlarged and added an exclusive speakeasy for a total of 15,000 square feet of event space including the landscaped grounds."
