An Incident reported at 900 Tiverton Ave. at 2:13 PM, said that a female was shoved into a vehicle, which then fled the scene.
Police report the suspect vehicle is a white sedan with a temporary California license plate BV02M268.
Police confirmed this was a kidnapping. The kidnapping suspect is a man wearing gray sweatpants and a blue bandana. He reportedly shoved a woman in a purple shirt into a white sedan with temporary California plates.
