U.S. Military Appears to be Preparing for a Bombing Campaign in the Middle East

Goal of Retaliation expected to be a Return to Deterrence in the Region but that they will still be “Very Consequential” to these Group

1.29.24: The United States Air Force has sent bombers and refueling planes to the middle east, from March AFB in California. This 4 days after a suicide drone strike in far North Easter Jordan killed 3 US servicemen and injured 25. In the past, the death of a US soldier anywhere in the world has been seen as a redline. The drone was reportedly launched by an Iranian proxy in Syria, at Tower 22, a US base intended to stop ISIS.

"At least 6 U.S. Air Force KC-135 Aerial-Refueling Tankers, most from March Air Reserve Base in Southern California, are heading Northeast across the United States and preparing to Transit the Atlantic towards the U.K. and Europe. I wonder what kind of Aircraft they are Refueling?" tweeted OSINT Defender. The US Navy showed Marine F35C aircraft in transit to the Persian Gulf.

The Islamic Republic of Iran frequently attacks US interests in the Middle East, but does so primarily through proxy groups such as the Houthis in Yemen or INRA in Syria. Some geopolitical experts say the Mullahs are engaged in a high stakes game to drive the US military out of the middle east entirely.

According to White House Officials, the Planning and Preparations are still Underway for Response Options against Iranian-Backed Groups in Iraq and Syria as well as the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in Iran, with the Goal of Retaliation expected to be a Return to Deterrence in the Region but that they will still be “Very Consequential” to these Group. So far today there have been 2 Rocket Attacks by Iranian-Backed Forces against U.S. Positions in Eastern Syria, with Rockets having Targeted the Al-Shaddadi Patrol Base alongside the Outpost within the Al-Omar Oil Fields; No Damage to the Bases or Casualties are being reported as a result of either Attack.
