The Milken Institute's 28th annual Global Conference was held from May 4–7, 2025 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, 9876, Wilshire Blvd, BeverlyHills, CA, 90210.

There were over 5,000 participants and 1,000 speakers from more than 80 countries- including CEOs, philanthropists, government officials, doctors, nurses, teachers, scientists, investors, cultural icons, actors, nonprofit leaders and journalists worldwide -

. Under the theme "Toward a Flourishing Future," the event addressed pressing global challenges and explored actionable solutions to the most urgent global needs!

At the Milken Institute Global Conference 2025, Michael Milken delivered an impressive keynote address titled" A Beacon to the World:Advancing the American Dream" He discussed the importance of the American Dream , emphasizing values like equal opportunity, economic freedom, broad access to education and capital financial literacy, and a commitment to public health.

He also highlighted the role of immigrants in contributing to the American dream

. He explored how these themes can be extended to a global context, reaffirming the importance of advancing these ideals as pathways to global prosperity Michael Milken spoke at a few other panels during this conference on technology and innovation women's financial empowerment, the next generation of investment leaders, economic development and other topics.

Most attendees revealed that it was an exceptional networking opportunity for connecting with world leaders, visionaries, and innovators across various sectors, like finance business technology health, and philanthropy

2. There was a stellar stellar lineup of prominent figures and speakers. Everyone loved the diversity!

3 Insight into key global issues like artificial intelligence, climate, resilience, healthcare advances , economic inequality, and the future of finance!

4 Exposure to industry trends, and opportunities in the financial markets, such as the use of private credit and evolving investment strategies was appreciated!

5. Several of the attendees that I interviewed, who have gone to this conference for many years, said that they missed the format of the speakers greeting the audience as they left the stage (even took selfies) However at this year's conference when the speakers were finished, they either left behind the stage or quickly rushed off without giving the audience a chance to personally congratulate them!

6. Everyone including myself, was impressed with the Love, empathy and devotion of Ken Griffin CEO of Citadel. He portrayed true humility and dedication to the American educational system! "Welcome to America stay here and build your career! "We are not doing enough to make access sustain.!" Ken Griffin said with tears in his eyes! What a wonderful man!
