Meet Doctor Tyra Beavers, a Chiropractic physician for more than 30 years.
As a graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University in 1985 with an emphasis in pre Physical Therapy, Dr. Beavers has a Physical Therapist Assistant license from the State of California.
Also certified in yoga therapy, she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1985 from Cleveland Chiropractic College where she earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic.
She brings a great deal of experience and knowledge in treating the body, as she is highly skilled in providing a Chiropractic adjustment along with a full body massage.
By evaluating from the feet up to the head and jaw, her excellence lies in guiding the patients with flexibility and strengthening exercises. This includes band work weights and yoga.
Dr. Beavers clearly takes a whole body approach to treating each patient. In addition, she creates custom orthotics when appropriate and had worked in the Physical Therapy field for 8 years before opening a Chiropractic Wellness Center in Beverly Hills.
Affiliated with Cedar Sinai, she treated patients for more than 25 years, having worked with some of the most prestigious physicians in this city which include ENT Doctor Joseph Sugarman, Concierce Physician Doctor Jeremy Fine, and Cedars Physician David Kawashiri.
Since leaving Beverly Hills, she has served the last 3 years as the Clinical Director of Spinatomy Disc Center in Culver City, which specializes in Spinal Decompression for disc injuries.
Dr. Beavers' personal specialty is Scoliosis and leg length difference, which led to helping thousands of patients avoid spinal surgery. This led
to her going viral on Reddit.
This married mother of 4 enjoys the outdoors and sports, (particularly football) as her uncle had played for Nebraska and Greenbay, her husband for Oregon State and her son for the University of Washington.
