A homeless man stabbed a downtown SM Custodian in Palisades Park Wednesday morning, 8:15 am PST, 3/15/23. The victim was said to be in good condition. 14: Dispatchers Wednesday morning received a report of debris in the middle of PCH. The report came on 3/15/23, just before 1 am. The debris may have accompanied a landslide or mudslide from the cliffs below Palisades Park. Such slides are rare in Santa Monica but do happen, and authorities have taken steps to stabilize the cliffs.
