    On Sunday September 22, 2019, the Santa Monica Police issued another alert for the Third Street Promenade. The alert from the Santa Monica Police said "Santa Monica Police activity in the 400 block of Santa Monica. Please avoid the area."     On September 20, 2019 at approximately 1:30am, officers were dispatched to the area of 1800 block of Santa Monica for a loud disturbance being caused by a male yelling and screaming.     I arrived at 745 PM and was scarily enticed to stay until the closing at 1 AM.
