The work of more than 40 local artists will be featured in a silent auction to benefit youth services for local youth who receive support and essential programming at the Pico Youth & Family Center in Santa Monica. PYFC will host its 5th Annual Art for Hearts Benefit on Saturday, February 15, 2014 from 7pm to 11pm at the Jennie Madsen Gallery located at: 1431 Ocean Ave, Santa Monica, CA 90401

ART FOR HEARTS will include a silent auction of uniquely-crafted hearts by established artists: Alex Kizu, Ernie Lucero, JC Hernandez Munoz and others. Ticket price includes music by the santa monica high school Jazz Band, delicious appetizers, wine tasting, valet parking and lots of love. “We invite the community to support our youth center and at the same time celebrate the arts in this unique and colorful event. We thank all of the artists who inspire us with their art, music, generosity and love. This event allows us to celebrate the true meaning of Valentine’s Day by showing our love to our youth and if someone wants to impress a significant other, the uniquely-crafted hearts are one of a kind,” stated PYFC founder Oscar de la Torre.
