Miss Teen Santa Monica Claudia Etheridge participates in the ribbon cutting ceremony for IT'SUGAR, a specialty candy store on the promenade. The store claims to be "the exclusive home to several of the world's largest boxes of candy including The World's Largest Box of Nerds, The World's Largest SweeTarts Candy, and IT'SUGAR's very own 5 lb Gummy Bear Keg."
