SMPD Appeals to the public to help find a missing dementia patient.

The SMPD has appealed for assistance in locating Mr. Jerry Peels who was last seen on November 1, 2019.

Jerry Peels, 62, is a resident of the Beachwood Homes located in the 1300 block of 15th Street in Santa Monica. He was last seen leaving a dialysis appointment in the 2000 block of Santa Monica. He suffers from dementia and requires routine dialysis treatments.
