11.23.22: Miscellaneous outside fire on Lincoln and Olympic was reported to have been set by an arsonist. The same man had reportedly set 4 fires within the last hour or so.
The suspect was described as "possibly a male wearing a salmon or pink colored long sleeve shirt and a hat," said the SMFD dispatcher.
