Report of Active Shooter Situation at Upland High School deemed "Non-Credible" by Upland Police

Separately, false report of a shooter at Duarte High School, and also other area high schools.

Public advisory issued 2/7/23 by the Upland Police Dept.

2.7.23: We are receiving reports of an active shooter situation at Upland High School in Upland, San Bernardino County, California. The Upland Police Department cancelled an earlier alert at about 10:30 am, so the report is somewhat confusing.

This morning we, along with other local agencies, received a report of a shooting at our high school. Our officers responded to the school and deemed this to be a non-credible report. The safety of our students and school staff is always a priority. #UPD_ProudToServe #TeamUPD" tweeted the Upland Police Department at about 10:30 am PST."

Separately, authorities received false reports of a shooter at Duarte High School, and also other area high schools.
