Luna arrived at the Santa Monica Shelter, with a problem with her left eye . . . . .
The Santa Monica animal shelter is appealing for donations, hoping to raise $1500 for a 3 year old female Siberian Husky's eye surgery. The surgery is necessary so Luna may have a full dog's life. The post from @santamonicaanimalshelter on Instagram, is below.
We need your help to raise funds for sweet dog Luna's veterinary care💜 Luna arrived at the Santa Monica Shelter, with a problem with her left eye. We are asking for donations to help the Santa Monica Shelter to cover the cost of Luna's necessary veterinary care.
🐾Please consider making a donation to help Luna. Luna needs to see an eye specialist, just the appointment with the eye specialist is estimated to be $500. Then she will need treatment and/or surgery which we anticipate to be very costly, depending on what the specialist says this amount can be well over $1000.
🐾To donate please visit http://www.smasf.org or the click on the link in our bio. We appreciate all donations; no amount is too small! You can also help by sharing this post and spreading the word about Luna.
Luna is a sweetie. She is a little shy at first around new people, but so sweet and friendly once she is comfortable. See how much she loves attention and pets from her @santamonicaanimalshelter friends in the second photo. Luna is a female, spayed female, black and white Siberian Husky. The shelter staff think she is about 3 years old.
Thank you so much🐶
