3.5.23: Shots were fired on Santa Monica's Third Street Promenade Sunday night, Police dispatchers said. Witnesses heard 2 gunshots
The suspect was described as a White male wearing all black, with a black baseball cap, on the short side.
SMPD was said to be contacting a possible subject at the Sketchers Shoe Store on the Promenade. Later, two people were said to have been detained.
