The Beverly Hills Police Dept has announced that they have arrested two suspects in a string of recent high profile robberies in and around Beverly Hills. The LAPD and the Santa Monica Police Department also participated in the arrests. The announcement, posted to Instagram, is reposted here:
"Major Breakthrough in Luxury Robbery Spree 🚨 In a remarkable joint operation with @santamonicapd, @lasdwesthollywoodstation, LAPD RHD, LA IMPACT, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (@atfhq), the BHPD has arrested key suspects in a series of high-profile armed robberies across Los Angeles County and Orange County.
Arrested: 1) Justice Bloodworth, 21-years-old of Los Angeles, CA. Note: Bloodworth was out of custody on bail for several other armed robberies when these additional robberies were committed. He is currently in custody with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department and is being held on no-bail.
2) Cameron Woods-Harvey, 23-years-old of Long Beach, CA. He is being held in the Coconino County Jail (AZ), with a bail amount of $235,000.
Targeting luxury watches and jewelry, these suspects were involved in six robberies. BHPD Detectives recovered six guns, including assault weapons, and stolen items, strengthening the case against the suspects. Full details of the operation and charges can be found in the link in our bio."
