Dead Homeless Man Found in the Alley at 6th Street and Wilshire Blvd Friday had Been Stabbed.

Santa Monica Police are investigating a deceased homeless man found dead of a stab wound, in the alley behind the 1100 block of 6th Street. The press release, dated Friday September 6th, 2024, is below. Since one pretty much can't stab oneself, it's probable that this is yet another homicide in Santa Monica.

We are investigating a tragic incident involving a male victim, believed to be homeless, who was found deceased from an apparent stab wound in the alley near the 1100 block of 6th Street. At this time, no suspect is in custody, and we are seeking the community's assistance in identifying and locating the individual(s) responsible.
