The LA County Fire Chief just said at this morning's news conference: "We are asking our unhoused neighbors to not have warming fires right now."
Reaction on Twitter was swift: "Ask? They should be they WILL BE imprisoned if they start a "warming" fire. Right now? So it's okay to start a fire as long as no wildfires are burning? This state is hopeless. They people that run it are beyond stupid. Fire this DEI lesbian now."
