EXCLUSIVE: Nancy Pelosi set to Announce she is not running for Congress Thursday 6th November. BREAKING: Prop 50 just passed, she wanted that as her exit gift to the Democratic Trump opposition

Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), former Speaker and longtime Democratic House leader, recently said she is confident she would win reelection if she opted to run again in 2026. Well the hypotheticals and will she or won't she are set to come to an end. Recently she humbly declared, "I have no doubt that if I decided to run, I would win," Pelosi told CNN in an interview that aired Monday.

"That isn't even a question. It'll isn't arrogant. It's confident. I know my district," she continued. "I live here. I'm with them all the - much of the time. They've given me the latitude, when I was Speaker and leader, to be around the country and around the world, and I'm grateful to them for that, but I'd always keep the home fires burning, as I have always done."

Not sure the people of California would appreciate the "home fires burning" reference, but hey, that's just me.

Well, chatter is abound in Washington DC this evening that tomorrow is thee day that Nancy and her team announce the news. The buzz is she wanted to announce after Prop 50 passed, it just did as I write this article.

At 85 years old, she has led a long, controversial career, Pelosi is in her 20th term, having served in the house since 1988, representing California's 11th congressional district which includes most of what used to look like San Francisco. She is the dean of California's congressional delegation.

Nancy can now find comfort with her husband Paul and family around those burning fires as the political flame finally burns out.
