KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. – November 12, 2025 – Netflix officially opened the doors to Netflix House, its first permanent brick-and-mortar entertainment venue in the United States, inside the King of Prussia Mall on Wednesday. The 100,000-square-foot space marks the streaming giant's boldest move yet to transform its on-screen content into tangible, interactive experiences.

Visitors can explore large portions of the venue at no charge, wandering through elaborately themed zones inspired by some of Netflix's biggest hits. Paid ticketed experiences offer deeper immersion, including a Stranger Things-themed escape room, a pirate-ship miniature golf course tied to One Piece, and virtual-reality challenges featuring live costumed actors.

The on-site Netflix Bites restaurant serves menu items such as Squid Game dalgona cookies, Bridgerton-inspired high tea, and other dishes drawn from popular series."Netflix House is designed to give fans new ways to step inside the stories they love," said Netflix Chief Experience Officer Marian Lee Hargrove at the ribbon-cutting ceremony. "It's about turning the emotional connection people already feel with our shows into something they can touch, taste, and play."

The opening comes as Netflix faces intensifying competition from Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, and Warner Bros. Discovery's Max, all of which have launched or expanded their own physical activations. Industry analysts see Netflix House as both a brand-building exercise and a potential lever for subscriber retention.

The quip was widely shared and amplified the venue's early buzz.Netflix has not disclosed exact attendance figures from the opening weekend, but mall officials reported heavier-than-usual foot traffic and wait times of up to 90 minutes for some of the paid experiences.

A second Netflix House location is already under construction at the Galleria Dallas and is slated to open in late 2026.For now, King of Prussia Mall visitors can walk through the Upside Down, swing a golf club on the Going Merry, or simply grab a themed cocktail – proof that in 2025, the line between streaming and real life is getting harder to find.
