Rather than reformulating conventional products with minor tweaks, Taylor set out to build from the ground up - focusing on whole ingredients, intentional sourcing, and elevated design
A new California-based wellness company is emerging with a refined vision for the future of food, fitness, and functional living. Founded by entrepreneur Taylor Penelope Hall, TAYSTY is a modern luxury wellness brand developing date-sweetened sodas, elevated snack products, and immersive lifestyle programming designed to make clean living aspirational, not restrictive.
At its core, TAYSTY was created to challenge the standard American pantry. Rather than reformulating conventional products with minor tweaks, Taylor set out to build from the ground up - focusing on whole ingredients, intentional sourcing, and elevated design.
The brand's debut product line, TAYSTY SIPS, introduces sodas naturally sweetened with date syrup and crafted with real fruit and spices. Free from refined sugar, artificial additives, and synthetic preservatives, the beverages are packaged in glass bottles and designed to feel both nostalgic and modern.
The initial flavors include:
• TAYSTY SIPS Lemon-Lime - a bright, crisp citrus soda inspired by the familiar lemon-lime classic, reformulated with clean ingredients and natural sweetness.
• TAYSTY SIPS Classic Cola - the brand's signature interpretation of traditional cola, crafted with lemon, lime, orange, ginger, vanilla, cinnamon, coriander, and nutmeg, sweetened entirely with dates.
TAYSTY plans to release its first limited collection drop in Fall 2026.
Earlier this year, the company introduced early samples during the Sundance Film Festival, using the high-profile cultural moment to gather real-time feedback and generate initial buzz. The strategic soft debut allowed Taylor and her team to refine formulation while positioning TAYSTY within a forward-thinking creative community.
"TAYSTY is about elevating everyday rituals," Taylor says. "We don't believe indulgence and wellness need to exist on opposite ends of the spectrum. You can have both - when ingredients are intentional and standards are high."
Beyond beverages, the company is developing TAYSTY SNACKS, a future line of gluten-free, refined-sugar-free snack products made without unnecessary fillers or artificial ingredients. The expansion reflects Taylor's broader vision: building a comprehensive wellness ecosystem rooted in simplicity, transparency, and modern luxury.
That ecosystem extends beyond food.
TAYSTY is also introducing TAYSTY RESET, a guided wellness framework designed to help individuals recalibrate their routines through clean nutrition, structured habits, and elevated self-discipline. The Reset focuses on removing inflammatory foods, reestablishing foundational health rituals, and reconnecting with intentional living - aligning with the brand's philosophy that wellness should feel empowering and refined.
Additionally, the company is developing TAYSTY SWEAT, a fitness concept blending retro-inspired aerobics with modern performance training. Designed with a vintage aesthetic and contemporary programming, TAYSTY SWEAT aims to make movement feel energizing, stylish, and accessible - merging nostalgia with next-generation wellness culture.
All TAYSTY programming, including Reset guides, fitness content, and educational resources, will be housed within a dedicated app currently in development, positioning the company as more than a product brand - but a full lifestyle platform.
Headquartered in California, TAYSTY is currently focused on scaling production capabilities, expanding retail partnerships, and preparing for its 2026 launch. Under Taylor's leadership, the company is building deliberately - prioritizing formulation integrity, brand architecture, and long-term positioning over short-term trends.
As consumers increasingly demand transparency and quality from the brands they support, TAYSTY is positioning itself at the intersection of luxury, discipline, and ingredient-conscious innovation.
"We are building a brand for the next generation of wellness consumers," Taylor says. "One that values aesthetics, but values substance even more."
