TWIN FALLS, Idaho — A shooting near the In-N-Out Burger on Blue Lakes Boulevard left at least three people dead and five to seven others injured on Saturday afternoon, August 1, 2026, according to Twin Falls city officials and later updates. Some of the injured were reported in critical condition.

In-N-Out confirmed that one of its associates (a female employee) was among those killed. Snyder said: “We lost one of our beautiful Associates tonight. She was taking care of our most important asset — our Customers.” No names of any victims or the perpetrator have been publicly released by authorities as of Sunday afternoon, as next-of-kin notifications continue.

Witnesses described chaos, with reports of a person carrying an AR-style rifle emerging from the drive-thru area and people fleeing.
