    A 23-year-old man was charged today with biting two Los Angeles Police Department officers responding to a theft call in Tarzana, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office announced. Jacob Smith (dob 4/8/94) of Northridge faces two felony counts each of battery with injury on a peace officer and resisting executive officer and one misdemeanor count of petty theft.
