    A dead man was found in a 55 gallon barrel on Malibu beach Monday afternoon. Los Angeles County Sheriff's Deputies were seen looking into the black barrel on Monday afternoon. Authorities did not immediately identify the victim, who appeared to be an African ancestry male. They did not say how the man died or whether his death appeared to be foul play.
