VA West Los Angeles draft master plan at a Townhall

VA West Los Angeles held a town hall in Wadsworth Theatre regarding the Draft Master Plan to build 1,200 units of permanent supportive housing for homeless veterans.

VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System introduced Meghan Flanz as the new Executive Director of the West LA Campus Master Plan. We welcome Ms. Flanz to the Los Angeles veteran community and look forward to her leadership.

The Town Hall also included status updates on the Progammatic Environmental Impact Study, Metro Purple Line Expansion and Measure H as well as Proposition HHH activity as it relates housing homeless veterans on campus.

Following the presentation there was an eight member VA panel which addressed a variety of concerns from the public.
