Sushi and Sake Festival shines a light on the thriving Japanese culture in Los Angeles

The Sushi and Sake Festival 2023 will be held on October 29th, 2023, at the Hilton Los Angeles in Universal City from 11:00am to 3:00pm

[Los Angeles] - The JRA- Japanese Restaurant Association of America, will present the Sushi & Sake Festival at Hilton Los Angeles, Universal City on October 29th 2023, Sunday. The festival will feature Sushi & Sake, Japanese food, Big Tuna Filleting Show, Taiko -Japanese Drum Show and all things Japanese.

This event has been held for over 20 years and this year is sure to be a big hit again.

Japanese foods such as Ramen, Yakitori, Takoyaki, Japanese Sake, Shochu & Beer will be showcased. Attendees can indulge in an array of delectable sushi creations, meticulously prepared by chefs from top Japanese Sushi Restaurants in Los Angeles such as Sushi Gen and Katsuya. Los Angeles boasts some of the highest quality sushi in the world outside of Japan and guests will be able to enjoy all you can eat top grade Sushi at the festival. Complementing the Japanese food feast will be an extensive selection of premium sakes, allowing one to savor the rich flavors and aromas of this iconic Japanese beverage.

The JRA was established in California on August 24, 1999, as a non-profit organization under the name Japanese Restaurant Association of Southern California. JRA has supported restaurants, wholesalers, and makers related to Japanese food since approved as NPO in 1999.
