Perfume, Pearls, and Pet Treats Fill DPA's Pre-Emmy Suite

Dubois curates French savoir-faire, Japanese cleansing balms, EcoPersona fashion, and island travel two days before the awards

DPA, the event company led by Nathalie Dubois, held its Emmy Pre-Award Gift Suite on Sept. 12–13 at the Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel in Beverly Hills, two days before the Emmy Awards on Sept. 14 in Los Angeles. Organizers said the invitation-only suite was open to celebrities, nominees, presenters, media, and jury members, and framed it as a place for guests to meet founders and sample products rather than simply collect swag.

“For us it is not just about putting a product into a gift bag. It is about creating an experience, introducing exceptional brands to exceptional people and creating connections long after the awards weekend,” Dubois said.

DPA listed past suite guests as including Queen Latifah, Charlize Theron, Richard Gere, Sharon Stone, Minnie Driver, Felicity Huffman, Adrien Brody, Colin Firth, Tom Hardy, Susan Sarandon, and Viola Davis. This year’s coverage did not independently confirm who attended the 2026 suite. The company says it has run gifting experiences around entertainment events for more than two decades and maintains an office in Japan; company details are published at dpagroup.org. The suite is not an official Emmy Awards event.

The Bloody Mary Hotel at Bora Bora

French beauty and Japanese skincare

Dubois, who is French-born, said she wanted the suite to carry a French savoir-faire emphasis. Three Paris-linked houses anchored that pitch. L’Entropiste, a niche fragrance house founded in 2025, presented statement scents and unusual bottles, including names such as Dorian’s Spleen and Jodhpur 6am. Betenoir exhibited as a second French perfume house. Masqly brought body-care treatment masks aimed at hands, arms, feet, and legs, with formulas organizers described as focused on hydration and radiance and ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, and tremella.

Japanese skincare brand Nursery also exhibited through DPA’s Japan office. Its CEO greeted guests in a yellow, yuzu-themed setup and shared the company’s heritage-focused pitch. Nursery gave guests its unscented cleansing balm and also offered cleansing gel promoted for bright, soft skin.

Other beauty and self-care exhibitors included Naked Sunday (also styled Naked Sundays in some listings), which showed sun protection and skincare, and Blanco Endermologie Beverly Hills, which introduced guests to body-care treatments. CHC candles added home fragrance.

Jewelry, fashion, and travel

Auli’i Polynesian Fine Jewelry presented a new collection built around Tahitian pearls. EcoPersona showed eco-conscious fashion and accessories, including alpaca scarves, upcycled denim jackets, and pineapple-fiber tote bags, and positioned itself as a platform for sustainable designers. Mozi Wash exhibited its scented laundry detergent as an everyday-luxury item.

Travel partners pushed French Polynesia. Relais & Châteaux’s Le Taha’a by Pearl Resorts offered a stay promotion, and organizers highlighted The Bloody Mary, a Bora Bora hotel scheduled to open Oct. 1.

Food, drink, books, and extras

Chefs identified as Julie and Mathias served a French buffet. Author and culinary partner Oshri (listed in some materials as Oshri Hakak) also took part. 28 Wishes Ice Cream Shop scooped flavors including Butter Beer, Matcha Oreo, and Ferrero Rocher. Haize & Honey served cookies and used the stop to talk about its eating-disorder recovery mission. Marcela’s Sweet Company brought desserts. Davos Coffee poured coffee. Waterloo offered sparkling water. Moda Mocktails, a mother-and-daughter Armenian-owned company, showed nonalcoholic drinks. Fat and Happy Beverages presented items including Ararat Akhtamar VSOP, and Mark Sevouni showed chocolate.

On the publishing and lifestyle side, Black Château promoted William Bernhardt’s Superman Wars, Books That Make You exhibited titles, Shabana Markar presented “The Mercy Queen,” and Fazit and Homegirl Café were also on the organizer list. Celebrity medium and animal communicator Kim Alexander offered readings.

Pets and charities

Selected guests received a “Hollywood Dog Bag” with pet products from Stella & Chewy’s, Charlee Bear (listed in the original draft as Charlie Bear), Natoo Petfood, Backyard Balcony, Jolly Pets, Loving Pets, 3 Dog Bakery, BetterBone, PuppyFades by Homeboy, and, in some organizer lists, Earthbath. One dog bag was earmarked for a Hollywood Huskies auction.

The suite also highlighted three organizations: The Plummery (also styled The Plumery), a California sanctuary for abandoned, neglected, and abused parrots; Homeboy Industries, the Los Angeles gang-rehabilitation and re-entry program; and the American Diabetes Association.
