    Two Eucalyptus trees fell yesterday during a storm that caused 7 inches of rain to fall over a 48 hour period. The tree fall caused an extensive power outage. Over 6600 customers of the LA Department of Water and Power (DWP) were without electricity starting at 6 am and lasting almost until 5 pm.
