    A shooting in the 2600 block of 29th street on Thursday morning has killed one victim. The perpetrator shot at a black Ford Mustang SUV , which was later parked on 29th Street near the 2900 block of Ocean Park Blvd. At 3 pm, the SMPD tweeted that the victim had died from his injuries.
