The suspect who was wanted for theft eventually got off on Lincoln BLVD from the westbound 10 where an LAPD officer collided with a vehicle.     13: A windy and cold winter storm blew down power lines at 9th Street and San Vicente on Tuesday. Electrical power was out on San Vicente west of 11th Street.     Update 8 PM Power is reported to be out on 18th street now according to SoCal Edison, estimated time for power to be restored is at midnight 11.3.22 A high tension wire has fallen to the ground at 18th Street and Michigan Avenue Thursday in Santa Monica. There are no reports of outages at this time. It appears winds caused a high-voltage wire to fall onto the street, requiring for SoCal Edison to be called out to the scene.
