    The fish kill in Marina Del Rey on May 18 was likely caused by the lack oxygen in the water and is nothing too unusual according to Wildlife officials.     A transformer may be to blame for a late night apartment fire in Santa Monica, officials said Friday. The fire was reported around 10:45 p.m. Thursday at 850 2nd Street, the Santa Monica Fire Department said.
