    A bomb threat closed Santa Monica high school early this afternoon. Students were sent home just after lunch and Pico Boulevard was closed west of Lincoln Boulevard for two hours.     Judge Beverly Reid O'Connell was appointed Federal Judge in 2013. She died Sunday October 8th, 3 weeks after she mysteriously collapsed while speaking to a California State Bar section.     1/12: The body of a woman washed ashore on Venice Beach Thursday morning. She was identified Friday as Yvette Mills, 48.
